Sore feet in AM: if its the sole of the foot - and its near the middle to back by the heel - sounds like plantar fasciaitis and NOT a spur. if its forefoot pain - could be metatarsalgia - Probably best to see your doctor or a podiatrist. You could try OTC shoe inserts but your best bet is with your doctor
