BUBBLES NDER SKIN: The tiny bubbles you seem to have might be vesicles. This could be part of eczema. This may be a condition called dyshidrosis or pompholyx. Do you have athlete's foot? These itchy bubbles could be an allergy to the ringworm on your feet. Can't tell without seeing. Could be a contact dermatitis due to solvents, soaps, detergents. Some medications can cause it. Check with a dermatologist soon.
