A lot of options: You can first try staying out of the sun as often as possible, always wear sunscreen (neutrogena is good for sensitive skin), dont smoke, get a good amount of sleep, sleep on your back, try not to squint, if you need reading glasses get some, dont over-wash your face, use a moisturizer, lay off the coffee and try cocoa instead, and eat healthier foods. I hope this helped :].
