Probably not: Ultrasound is normally ordered to look for gall stones, enlarged gall bladder, liver pancreas, kidney stones. Bladder etc.. Stomach cancer is generally worked up w endoscopy...Make sure you have a good relationship with your doctor and see if any other tests are needed or not needed. At 33 yrs old very unlikely you have stomach cancer but you should discuss w your pcp/gastroenterologist.

See below: Abdominal cramps are a very nonspecific, protean symptom and can be associated with any number of conditions, most of which are not malignant. Anyway, if your goal is to rule out stomach cancer, ultrasound is not a very good test. The best would be upper endoscopy, ct scan, or both.
