"Cold" you say?: Interesting. It never fails to amaze me the mystery of the human body. If not explained by obvious mechanisms(environment), it is probably an aberration of the sensory nerve fibers in that area. They are sending misleading, non-beneficial information to the brain. These reasons are too numerous to discuss here, but certainly consult with your doctor for more answers.
