Thats not good: That's significantly high. You should see you physician o have your blood pressure better controlled. If you are having physican symptoms such as headache and blurry vision then you may need to go to the er to better control your bp.

HTN: With that elevation in diastolic pressure along with chest pain, even though u r on BP medications, i recommend going to the er for checkup.
