Maybe: For cts, i recommend a simple, repetitive exercise. Cts is caused by excessive gripping motions. Cts can be easily cured by hyperextending the hand and fingers 50-75 times at a stretch, until the extensor muscles of the hand and forearm are fatigued or start to ache. Then stop and rest, and repeat this maneuver several times each day. May take up to 3 weeks for a "cure." repeat as needed.

Carpal Tunnel : The use of physiotherapy to include posture principle, splinting the wrist in a neutral position and opponens muscle stretching has been shown to change the results or nerve conduction studies of the carpal tunnel nerve. Should also determine if other source such as thyroid disease. Medications and injections may help as well. Bottom line is to try and eliminate the provocative cause of pressure.
