Spastic Paralysis: Spastic Paralysis is usually a sign of an Upper Motor Neuron Lesion (involving the spinal cord or brain). There usually is not a treatment for this, other than treating symptoms. There are many new stem cell and gene therapies that people are working on, but so far, no definitive treatment
