No: There are very few things that are 100%. While these serotypes are proven to be the most virulent forms of hpv associated with cancer, even this does not guarantee a future of malignancy.

NO: Patients with hpv, especially the above types are at increased risk for developing cancers of the genital tract and the oropharynx. This is not a certainty but an increased risk. Have routine examinations.
