Depends...: ...On where you live. Some states publish reports on their state hospitals’ infection rates. (consumers union has a list of them at http://www.Consumersunion.Org/campaigns/stophospitalinfections/learn.Html) other states do not. If you can't find what you need at the cu website, call your state's dept. Of health and ask if they have the information.
