Skin lumps: Depending where they are, they may be lipomas or varicose veins if in the legs, they need to be examined for proper diagnosis. The rash on your legs can be from venous stasis.

Lipomatosis: This could be lipomatosis. The leg rash is probably not related. You should see a doctor.

My skin on my lower leg is peeling after a treated case of cellulitis. I took Keflex 14 days and its been about 3days since ending Rx and skin is peeling as though it was sunburned. Is using Palmers for dry skin ok to use. Will this peeling go on?
