Stressed: The studies look fine, unlikely you'll learn more by more testing. Discuss with your Doc and perhaps some trials of meditation or other stress relief techniques may help you feel better.

Probably not: Once premature atrial complexes (or atrial premature beats) are identified, further evaluation should be aimed at determining whether there is underlying structural heart disease. Your ECHO was apparently normal. Precipitants for APB's include alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, and stress. If symptoms become persistent, there are some medical therapies or ablative techniques which can be used.

I have echo, stress test, ekg, holter monitor, all normal. I still feel my heart rate is too high while exercising. typically even with light to brisk walk, heart rate goes to 140 to 155. Resting is typically 70 to 80. Is this just normal?
