What has been your most unusual presentation of lupus?

Seizures: I saw a young girl in residency with neurologic manifestations of her lupus. These included seizures and some neuro psychiatric symptoms as well. Lupus is a disease that can affect almost any organ system and it's interesting to be sure, i just wish it were always easily treatable!
