Dose response: Anafranil (clomipramine) is a tricyclic drug that requires adjusment to the right daily dose over time to achieve the blood level of medication you need to get adequate effectiveness. You could get worse reducing your Anafranil (clomipramine) dose. Discuss with your doctor.
