Do not know.: Anafranil is FDA approved in the treatment of obsessive- compulsive disorder. It has been used off-label for the treatment of panic attacks. If a person depersonalized during panic attacks it might be helpful. I do not know any doctors who have prescribed anafranil off -label for depersonalization and I am unable to find any studies involving treatment of Depersonalization D/O w anafranil.
