Will a 2 day old pee work on a pregnancy test?

Use a fresh specimen: Use a fresh urine specimen for best results. Urine picks up all sorts of germs once it is out of the body and may change the results of the test. I can't be sure that it won't be correct, but it would be best to use a fresh urine.
