A standard pregnancy: test will not detect THC. Only if a drug screen panel is run will it pick it up.

No and no need: Unless you tell your doctor, which you should, s/he will not test your urine for weed. Presence of weed residue in urine will not interfere with pregnancy test. Take pre-natal vitamins even before you visit the doctor.

I might have been exposed a bit to precum on March 14th. I took a urine pregnancy test at the doctors on Apr 2 as I had symptoms. Came back negative. Is this accurate or was it too early to test?
