What major bones are used in running?

All of them: Running is a total body exercise which really loads the majority of bones in your body. All the major bones in the lower extremities come under considerable force, as does the vertebral column. Even the bones in your arms come into play since the arm swing conserves some of your energy while running.

Most: You use most of the bones of the body when you run. I am citing two YouTube videos if you have time. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t6SXiDCMP3E https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7xmWMIdKr9c
