White bumps: Can you clarify the question? Are you asking what could be causing the cysts?

A small white ball: A cyst implies that it is filled with some type of fluid; so it's a fluid filled sac on the nipple that is white. This could be a sebaceous gland duct that is blocked, or an infected gland. Try some warm compresses to the area to see if it drains or goes away within 10 days. If not see your pcp.
