Likely cyst. See doc: It may be a cyst, which is not cancer. However, breast cancer is the leading kind of cancer in women, so best to get it checked out by your physician. But breast cancer is USUALLY not painful, and cysts can be. Please get it checked by your physician. Healthy living!
