Probably not: The goals for BP are looser for older, frailer seniors. In addition, the actual BP may be grossly overestimated due to stiff blood vessels which make it difficult to get a true reading. If there is no evidence of 'end organ damage'(heart, kidney disease)- we maybe more relaxed with this bp. But overall, this is too high for good health.
