It's normal!: Blood pressure is one of several factors that predicts risk for cardiac disease and stroke. Normal ranges depend on age. However, it seems that in otherwise healthy people, the lower one's blood pressure the better. How to do that: aerobic exercise, maintaining a normal weight and (for some at least) keeping salt intake in check.
