See below: Where at in your arm? Usually a few week to a few months . It depends on your activities of the arm to allow rest and healing. And avoid activities that exacerbate your pain . Anti-inflammatory medication with food, local liniments and outpatient physical therapy are usually helpful you should probably be seeing orthopedic surgeon for treatment guidelines.
