A member asked:

How is the fibula after 6 weeks fracture?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends on the posi-: Tion of the fracture ends. If there was no displacement or separation of the ends of the bone, then it will look deformed with some healing bone. On the other hand, if the separation was minimal or none, then the fracture most likely would have healed nicely. Remember in some patients the fracture can take up to 8 weeks to heal completely.
