Platelet: Usually viral infection-like hiv- is associated with low platelet level. High platelet level can be caused by many different things including bleeding, iron deficiency, certain inflammation, primary bone marrow problem- like myeloproliferative neoplasme, malignancy etc. So, go to see your doctor and get yourself checked further.
