Oxycodone doesn't: Oxycodone does not have codeine. The metabolites are different and activate different receptors in the body, however, the receptors are very close to the receptors activated by codeine, so they may give similar symptoms and side effects. But there isn't any Codeine in the pills.

Oxycodone ; Codeine: Oxycodone and Codeine are both opiates. However, they are not the same. Oxycodone does not contain codeine.
