Complex question: In general, plant foods contain fiber (so vegetables, legumes, whole fruits, grains). There are different types of fiber, and loads of charts on the internet that review the types of fibers in different food sources.

Fruits and vegetable: dietary fiber is found in fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts, beans and legumes as well as whole grains. Meat, chicken, fish, fowl and dairy products do not contain any fiber. You average serving of fruit or vegetable contains about three grams of fiber.
