Unlikely: If you are allergic to blueberries, you could get hives from eating them. But, most people with food allergies have other symptoms in addition to hives, like vomiting, wheezing, or even anaphylaxis. Also, allergy to blueberries is quite rare. If the hives happen for a long period, it is likely that they are not related to anything you are exposed to (food, soaps, etc.). See an allergist for info.
