If you aren't : Breast feeding/pregnant and it appears to be coming from the nipple (milk) -it could be due to medications or health conditions. It you are squeezing small bumps on the areola (brown area around the nipple) and extruding white material - they may be glands of montgomery (that would be normal). Abnormal lactation should be medically evaluated.
