Cyst: Susan, you almost certainly have a recurring infected sebaceous cyst there that has pus inside. In order to get rid of it, you are going to have to have it excised, or at least have the inner cyst walls removed which is not really something you can do yourself. See a clinic, or a dermatologist, and get it taken care of please! Good luck.
