Montgomery Glands: Sounds like the montgomery glands of the breast. These are little bumps on the areola of your breasts. These can be squeezed and a wax like white discharge will come out. They are not harmful and do not need to be treated and you should not squeeze them like a pimple. If this is not what your talking about please clarify.
