You can't: The eustachian tube itself is internal and cannot be cleaned. Things that cause nasal congesiton, such as allergies and colds, can lead to blockage of the eustachian tube. Therefore, treating nasal congestion and keeping the nose open can help keep the eustachian tube open. Structural issues, such as enlarged tonsils, can affect the eustachian tube as well.
