Abdominal pain: Having ovarian pathologies after an hysterectomy can cause pelvic pain refered as cramps. ( ovarian cysts, masses, torsion, etc). Also have in mind about GI simptoms conditions like constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, chrons disease. Also consider bladder infections or even bladder stones causing pelvic pain.
