Can a sharp wisdom tooth cause lingual tonsil irritation?

No: The only way a wisdom tooth could aggravate your tonsils is if it were rubbing along them with a rough/sharp edge. This is anatomically not possible. If you have a serious wisdom tooth infection, that could spread into your throat, but then you would have serious signs of illness. See your physician about your tonsils, then see your dentist about your wisdom teeth. You have two separate issues.

No, it would not: A sharp tooth would irritate the lateral border of the tongue, which could possibly feel like it is coming from the tonsil area.
