Go to dentist: Usually blisters or traumatic lesions in the mouth resolve themselves within 2 weeks. You could possibly have a sharp spot on one of your teeth that you repeatedly keep knicking your tongue with. Other than that, please have your dentist check it out.

Possible trauma: Too limited details. How long has it been there? What color is it? What size it is? Did you bite your tongue? Did you try wiping it away? Does it appear to be spreading?
