A member asked:

I have a small white circle ( sore/blister?) on the tip of my tongue. 2 months now. i've tried everything. it's excruciating. help!

Exam needed: A physician or Otolaryngologist would have to inspect this lesion in order to make a diagnosis or prescribe treatment. It could be a papilloma, canker sore, fungal infection, etc. Since you describe the lesion as excruciating, you should make an appointment to be checked. In the meantime try bathing the area with hydrogen peroxide or even maalox.
