What is the normal size of an ovary in centimeters?

3 x 1.5 x 1.5 cm: In a younger woman, about 3 x 1.5 x 1.5 cm. Smaller with age, of course, and by age 70 or so, more like 1.5x1x1 cm or less (Not a scientific answer, just my guesstimate after seeing many....)
