i fell on my back and now my neck and ribs hurt what do i do?

Get eval: Hard to tell what is wrong without an exam, so best for you to get evaluated by a dr. However, sounds like a a musculoskeletal sprain/strain with rib contusion and you can start by resting and taking an anti-inflammatory (if not allergic). Good luck.
