Not typically: Gallbladder symptoms usually effect the upper abdomen either in the middle or on the right side under the rib cage (over the liver). Some patients complain of back pain on that side as well. Frequently, gallbladder problems are confused and treated as heartburn or reflux. It would be very unusual to have leg pain associated with the gallbladder.
