Can genital infection delay my period?

Depends: It kinda depends on what type of infection you had? If it was a simple yeast or bacterial infection, then likely no. If it was pelvic inflammatory disease and you were given IV antibiotics with fever, etc., then yes. At 43 years of age, there can also be greater variability in one's period, so it could be hormonal (more likely). If doesn't come soon, you may want to see a doctor for evaluation.
