No: A urine infection (UTI) will not affect your period. Many conditions including pregnancy can make your periods later than normal - including polycystic ovarian sydrome (pcos), also underactive or overactive thyroid, excess prolactin hormone, aging of the ovary (diminished ovarian reserve), or low hormone levels (hypogonadism) from heavy exercise, eating disorders, or stress. Take a pregnancy test.
