Can a uti followed by a yeast infection delay your period?

Not typically: While the stress of recurrent infections might potentially have some effect, typically these types of infections will not affect your hormonal cycle.

Possibly: Infections can change our body's natural rhythm and can affect the timing of our menstrual cycles. The yeast infection hasn't likely affected the timing of your period. If you're late for a period, you may consider taking a home pregnancy test as well, if that's a possibility.
