Does wearing shorts lead to knee replacement?

Not really!: While there have been studies to suggest that more comfortable clothing helps people to be more active and healthy, there is no data that suggests wearing shorts will increase your likelihood for needing a knee replacement. Joint preservation activities include remaining active, avoidance of excess repetitive impact across joints, muscle strengthening, and optimization of proper biomechanics.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
