Depends: In general the % is not most important but rather the absolute # of lymphocytes. If the number is truly low then you have lymphopenia. This is often seen in immunosuppressed states and viral infections. If persistent have your primary doctor refer to a hematologist for further evaluation.

I had my blood test since last September and now it says that Neutrophils level is 37.67% (normal is 50.0 -72.0 ) and lymphocyte levels 53.20% (20.0 - 40.0 is normal). Leukocytes level is fine. I work out every day. is this the cause? Should I worry?
