For at least 2 years my lymphocyte level has typically been just below the normal reference range. a hematologist conducted tests & said that i am simply a statistical anomaly. but i have a massively stressful lifestyle. could stress be a cause?

Could be: Stress, in general, increases cortisol level, which in turn affects lymphocytes number and function. But your hematologist is right, disregard the numbers, so long you are fine, best wishes
