No: If you have cellulitis which is caused by a bacterial infection of skin and subcutaneous tissue, antibiotics are an absolute must to cure the infection. Betadine lotion is not likely to have an impact on healing the cellulitis.

No: Betadine is very drying and actually fairly cytotoxic, so i personally would not recommend it. Real treatment of cellulitis without wounds is antibiotics.
