Probably yes: There are small amounts of alcohol in "non-alcoholic" wines and beers - about 0.5-1% (compared to 6-12%). My question would be whether you are drinking it because you had problems with alcohol previously, in which case my answer would be no. This is because it is very likely to serve as a trigger to drinking alcohol again. If you have not had a problem, it is not likely to cause any harm pre-op.
