Does chest xrays show cervical lymphnodes ?

Probably not: Unless they are enlarged and calcified there is a good chance they wouldn't show up on a chest x-ray.

Not usually: If lymph nodes are felt in neck then many times a chest xray is ordered to see if nodes involve or extend into mediastinum of chest. If large nodes in chest then think of lymphoma or some infections like tuberculosis.
