Compulsive overeatin: Compulsive overeating is an eating disorder that involves compulsive, mindless overeating, without purging, and not necc. With bingeing. Bulimia involves binge eating of large quantities, followed by purging by vomiting, laxatives, water pills, or exercise abuse.

Yes and no: Bulimia is an eating disorder characterized by overeating (at least twice normal portion) very quickly and then attempted to prevent weight gain by self induced vomiting, laxative abuse, or compulsive exercising.
