Got graves disease, and i eat a lot of sushi, i've been told its high in iodine, and it's bad for the illness, should i stop eating it?

Seaweed: Seaweed-wrapped sushi allows excess intake of iodine. With graves disease or hyperthyroidism this can worsen the disease. You should ask your endocrinologist as to status of control of your hyperthyroidism.
